As a construction mechanic specializing in custom fabrication, your technical and hands-on skills will be put to the test. You’ll weld, assemble, and inspect components used in systems around the world. Assembling finished and semi-finished parts by hand welding according to drawings, including the use of a turntable with and without filler metal
Welding austenitic steels with wall thicknesses ranging from 1.0 to 8.0 mm in accordance with applicable welding procedures
Selecting and adjusting the appropriate welding gases based on welding requirements or specifications
Independently performing all necessary sheet metal work
Cutting parts according to drawings
Organizing and assembling individual parts for the respective orders according to delivery dates
Checking the relevant drawings
Assembly and final inspection of custom components
Coordinating individual production steps with department management and/or work planning
Apprenticeship in a recognized metalworking trade (construction mechanic specializing in welding, welder, pipe fitter, or similar)
Experience in welding piping and vessels for the beverage and pharmaceutical industries
Technical understanding
Work on technically challenging individual projects rather than mass production

Management and further development of the Integrated Management System (IMS)

Training and raising employee awareness on IMS-related topics
