As a construction mechanic specializing in custom fabrication, your technical and hands-on skills will be put to the test. You’ll weld, assemble, and inspect components used in systems around the world. Assembling finished and semi-finished parts by hand welding according to drawings, including the use of a turntable with and without filler metal
Welding austenitic steels with wall thicknesses ranging from 1.0 to 8.0 mm in accordance with applicable welding procedures
Selecting and adjusting the appropriate welding gases based on welding requirements or specifications
Independently performing all necessary sheet metal work
Cutting parts according to drawings
Organizing and assembling individual parts for the respective orders according to delivery dates
Checking the relevant drawings
Assembly and final inspection of custom components
Coordinating individual production steps with department management and/or work planning
Apprenticeship in a recognized metalworking trade (construction mechanic specializing in welding, welder, pipe fitter, or similar)
Experience in welding piping and vessels for the beverage and pharmaceutical industries
Technical understanding
Work on technically challenging individual projects rather than mass production

As a logistics employee at M&S, you’ll keep track of incoming and outgoing goods, ensure smooth warehouse operations, and serve as a key link between production, shipping, and quality assurance.
Storing and retrieving goods from the high-rack warehouse while reviewing and verifying the accompanying documents
Preparing and staging goods for shipping or production
Assigning production and shipping documents to the corresponding shipments
Conducting ongoing inventory counts of goods
Properly and appropriately packaging goods for shipping
Inspection and verification of incoming shipments according to specifications (including the corresponding accompanying documents)
Preparation of putaway documents
Loading and unloading of transport vehicles
Processing of returns/complaints and communication with Quality Assurance
Assignment of production documents for external processing by third parties
Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable professional experience of several years in the logistics sector
Flexible and reliable
Valid forklift operator’s license

As a cutting machining operator specializing in turning, you’ll set up modern turning and turning-milling machines, monitor the production process, and use your expertise to ensure that every component meets the specifications exactly, down to a tenth of a millimeter.
Complete setup of the machines
Conducting initial part inspection measurements as well as follow-up inspection measurements in accordance with inspection instructions, using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
Operating and monitoring modern lathes and turning-milling machines
Independently setting up and running in the machines based on pre-programmed sequences
Development and implementation of process and program optimizations in collaboration with the external programming team
Completed training as a machining technician (specializing in turning) or comparable qualification
Flexible and reliable
Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation)
Basic programming skills in DIN 66025
Work with modern lathes and turning-milling machines

As a sales assistant at M&S, you’ll support your sales team, prepare quotes and presentations, and serve as the first point of contact for commercial and technical customer inquiries.
Assistance with organizational and administrative tasks
Preparing for and following up on client meetings
Creating presentations, reports, and other sales-related documents
Preparing and following up on quotes as independently as possible
Monitoring and tracking call-off orders and, if necessary, making further arrangements with the customer
Communicating schedule changes to customers
Gathering and analyzing information on new customers (Google, sales team via phone)
Serving as the point of contact for customers regarding technical and commercial matters
Data maintenance tasks in INFRA (price lists, contacts, customer records, general information)
Order and data entry in INFRA
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
