Supply Security
Reliable delivery, even during periods of high demand!
We are building a new warehouse with a floor area of approximately 1,800 square meters. The new facility will serve as a buffer warehouse and will perfectly complement our company’s existing high-rack warehouse: In the future, additional pallets and boxes will be stored on three levels. Completion is scheduled for fall 2026, and the facility is set to begin operations immediately thereafter.

Advantages of the New Building
Greater warehouse capacity for greater delivery reliability
With this expansion, we are responding to the increasingly uncertain global economic conditions. “We don’t know how world events will unfold, but we do know that we can only sell products if we have them in stock,” said Christof Maas, CEO of M&S.
Although high inventory levels are already maintained, storage capacity will be further expanded to ensure that customers continue to enjoy a high level of delivery reliability in the future.
Third Server Room for Greater Data Security
Alongside the warehouse expansion, another server room is being built in the new facility. This will allow us to increase the redundancy of our corporate data from two levels to three, thereby sustainably enhancing the reliability of our IT infrastructure.
Expanding Energy Self-Sufficiency Through a New Photovoltaic System
Immediately after the new facility goes into operation, we plan to take the next step: installing another photovoltaic system with a capacity of approximately 500 kW. The existing PV system, with a capacity of about 650 kW, already covers more than 50 percent of the company’s electricity needs during the summer months. With the new system, we are continuing to consistently expand our energy self-sufficiency.

Here we go: The go-ahead for the earthwork has been given!
September 3, 2026
The groundbreaking ceremony is complete, and the initial earthwork for our new warehouse is in full swing: The old building has been demolished, the site has been excavated, compacted, and prepared for the upcoming construction phases. What currently still looks like a construction pit is the first, crucial step toward our new buffer warehouse with approximately 1.800 square meters of storage space.
Here’s why this expansion is so important to us: In a time when global supply chains are constantly and unpredictably shifting, we want to ensure one thing for our customers—reliable delivery. After all, only what’s in stock can be reliably delivered. So, we’re expanding our storage capacity for you to ensure greater product availability, thereby supplementing our inventory from the high-rack warehouse.
The earthwork lays the foundation for everything that follows. Next, the foundations will be laid. We’ll keep you updated!
