Certifications
Certified Welding Company
As a certified welding company in accordance with ISO 3834-2, we meet comprehensive quality requirements for welding manufacturing processes. This internationally recognized standard ensures that our welding work is carried out in accordance with defined standards—from the qualification of our staff and the selection of suitable welding processes to complete documentation.
Manufacturer Qualification for Pressure Equipment
Manufacturer qualification in accordance with AD 2000 leaflet HP0 enables us to manufacture pressure vessels and pressure-bearing components in accordance with German technical regulations. This approval confirms that our company has the necessary specialist staff, the required manufacturing facilities, and a suitable quality assurance system. Regular inspections by approved inspection bodies guarantee continuous compliance with the high requirements for the design, manufacture, and testing of pressure-bearing plant components.
Internal Production Monitoring
Certification according to DGRL Module A2 confirms our competence to independently assess the conformity of simple pressure equipment with integrated production monitoring by a notified body.
Production Quality Assurance
Our certified quality assurance system for production in accordance with DGRL Module D enables the manufacture of complex pressure equipment under constant monitoring by a notified body.
Quality Management
Our ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system ensures consistently high product quality and customer satisfaction. Through systematic process optimization, continuous improvement, and clear responsibilities, we ensure that your requirements are met at every stage of the project.
Environmental Management
We fulfill our environmental responsibilities with our environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001:2015. We minimize environmental impacts, optimize the use of resources, and continuously work on more sustainable production and business processes.
Occupational health and safety management
The safety and health of our employees is our top priority. Our ISO 45001:2018-certified occupational health and safety management system creates safe working conditions, minimizes risks, and promotes a culture of prevention in all areas of the company.
ATEX Directive
Our certification in accordance with the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU authorizes us to manufacture devices and protective systems for potentially explosive atmospheres. Products with ATEX marking meet the strict European safety requirements for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Pressure Equipment Directive
As a manufacturer certified according to DGRL 2014/68/EU, we produce fittings and pressure equipment that comply with European safety standards. The CE marking according to DGRL confirms the conformity of our products for safe use under pressure conditions.
