That's why we once again teamed up with AOK Niedersachsen to conduct the AOK Back Check—right on site at the company and for all employees, regardless of their health insurance provider.
💡 The back check measures the strength of the core muscles and identifies any imbalances or weaknesses in the musculoskeletal system.
Based on this, all participants receive a customized training program – accompanied by AOK's expert advisors on exercise and ergonomics.
The aim is to prevent back pain, promote mobility, and strengthen motivation for active health.
