My name is David Rebitzer, and I work as an Assistant Shipping Manager/Logistics Supervisor. How did I get here? – My story at M&S:
In November 2014, I started at M&S as a warehouse logistics specialist and worked primarily in the areas of receiving, order picking, and shipping.
As early as 2016, management offered me the position of shift supervisor, a role I still hold today. What I enjoy most about it is coordinating the various processes and staff members.
My goal for the future is to take on the role of shipping manager, as this will allow me to play a key role in the development of M&S’s logistics and give me the opportunity to contribute the experience and ideas I’ve gained.
To acquire the know-how, expertise, and skills required for this position, I began part-time studies at the Master Craftsman School in 2020 and successfully completed the program as a Master of Logistics in January 2023.
Since then, I have been working as a full-time employee and am responsible for many new logistics projects. At the same time, I have been appointed to oversee the logistics training program.

My name is Nina, and I’ve been working at M&S for over 10 years now. I started out as an industrial business administration apprentice, and I quickly felt right at home in sales—a field I now know like the back of my hand. Through M&S, I was given the opportunity to become a training coordinator for business-related professions, and I’m delighted to guide and support young people as they start their careers.
Today, I’m also the sales team leader. Continuing education has always been important to me—I’m happy and grateful that M&S has given me the trust and opportunities to pursue it.

My name is Thomas, and I completed my apprenticeship as a machinist specializing in turning here at M&S Armaturen over 20 years ago. After several years as a machine setter, I continued my education at the master craftsman school—with M&S’s support—to become a master precision machinist. Afterward, I served as deputy head of the machining department for several years. During that time, I also began mentoring the apprentices on the side.
Over the years, I gradually took on the role of training coordinator for apprentices in the industrial sector full-time. I continue to fulfill this role today and also provide support in CNC programming.
