We recently had the opportunity to welcome the prospective dairy masters from LUFA Nord-West to Friedeburg.
For many years, it has been a tradition for master craftsman candidates to come to us as part of their training—and each time, it is exciting to see how theory and practice are combined.
This year, there was a particularly large group of 18 participants. They gained insights into our valve, filter, and pigging technology, as well as how our production works.
The day once again highlighted how crucial practical experience and dialogue are for the specialists and managers of tomorrow—or as Dennis Schröder, shift supervisor at the Sahnemolkerei Wiesehoff, put it: “Practical insights like these are extremely valuable to us—they combine theory and practice and show how modern companies operate successfully.”
A big thank you to our colleagues Friedrich Temme, Carsten Schmitz, and Wilfried Timker, who made the day so worthwhile with their presentations and the tour.
👉 We are delighted that M&S has been able to contribute to promoting and supporting young talent in the industry for many years now.
