Competition "iPhone"

The organizer of this competition is M&S Armaturen GmbH, Industriestraße 24-26, 26446 Friedeburg, represented by Christof Maas, Ewald Maas, and Kilian Meyer; contact: info@ms-armaturen.de (hereinafter “Organizer”).

The contest runs from July 9th, 2026, 10:00 a.m. through August 8th, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

All individuals aged 18 or older who are residents of Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their family members may also participate. Only one entry per person is permitted; in the event of a violation (e.g., multiple accounts), the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant.

To participate, you must follow the Instagram account @ms_armaturen or the Facebook page msarmaturen folgen. Participation is only possible via Instagram or Facebook. Participation is free and does not require a purchase.

The prize is an iPhone with a retail value of approximately €1,100. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not permitted. The prize is non-transferable.

The winner will be selected at random from among all participants who meet the entry requirements after the entry period has ended. The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on the platform through which they entered. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, the right to the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

The prize will be mailed to the winner at an address within Germany provided by the winner. The organizer bears the risk of shipment.

The personal data collected as part of the giveaway (e.g., Instagram username; if you win, your name and address) will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting and administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, unless necessary for awarding the prize. This contest is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by these platforms.

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms and conditions, use unfair means (e.g., fake accounts), or otherwise manipulate the contest.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without providing a reason, if necessary for technical or legal reasons. In the event of cancellation, no claims may be made against the organizer.

Legal recourse is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
